Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will incur a $35 fee, as the reserved time prevents other pets from receiving care. The hospital reserves the right to require a $35 deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your balance upon arrival.
